WELCOME
As part of the GLION/UVM school, it is of great importance to determine that as part of the profile of the students majoring in Tourism or Gastronomy, the wide use of english language is elemental.
This semester, there will be a gastronomic event based on Mexican cuisine, as part of the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the independence of the nation.
This blog intends to display the evidences of the work, and process involved of the students.
Hence, it will be a guide to the elaboration of tasks, as well as an opportunity for discoverying what Mexico culturally offers in terms of food and speciallities worldwide.
